PokerStars launches two more poker tours

PokerStars is keeping its word when it comes to launching a number of new poker tours around the world in 2011; the site that already sponsors such mega-tournament series as the EPT, NAPT, LAPT, UKIPT, and ANZPT has recently announced two more tours that will take place in Belgium and Portugal.
The more recent tours that PokerStars has added throughout Europe are on a much smaller scale than the European Poker Tour events, which are evidenced by the smaller buy-ins for both the Belgian Poker Series and the Portugal Poker Series.
The PokerStars Belgian Poker Series will host its first tournament at the Casino de Namur beginning on April 14, 2011 with a main Event buy-in of €730 + €70.
The PokerStars Portugal Poker Series will kick off at the exact same time, April 14-17, 2011, with a €700 + €70 buy in at Casino Vilamoura.
Both tours will feature three stops during their inaugural campaign. The PokerStars Belgium Poker Series will host tournaments in June and December at locations still to be determined, while the PokerStars Portugal Poker Series has more concrete dates and locales planned: The second stop will be in Figueira de Foz from June 10-13, 2011, and then it’s on to Espinho from October 13-18, 2011.
