According to the Party Poker blog Tony G uttered the following after a raise to £150 by Kristijonas Andrulis and his trash hand, which was called by Rob Yong and his pocket Queens, followed by a re-raise to £700 by Martins Adeniya who was holding AK: which is when Tony G announced “I’m all-in”. Considering Tony G had just pumped the pot by about £80,000 pounds the table reaction was one of absolute bafflement, to which Tony replied, “Yeah I’m all-in”.

Tony was called by Yong –because what person in their right mind would raise over 100x the pot with Kings or Aces—and got a second call from Adeniya, who was warned by Tony G not to call, but again what person in their right mind would make that play with Kings or Aces? Well, Tony did have Aces, and his hand held up to give him the massive pot of about £150,000.

Of course Tony talked about the hand, and here is the transcript from the Party Poker blog:

“There’s nobody else who can do this, only Tony G!” he exclaimed with his arms aloft. “This is the greatest show in the world!”

“Bring on more of them,” he continued, carefully evading the word “Russians”. “Give him a refill.”
