In 2005 Titan Poker was first introduced to the online poker world, and in 2006 PKR Poker joined the online poker community, offering the first 3-D poker software in the world. This month both online poker rooms are celebrating birthdays, with Titan Poker turning six years old, while PKR Poker celebrates a milestone birthday by turning five.

After six years Titan Poker is now one of the premiere skins on the iPoker Network –the world’s largest collection of poker sites—and has become a major player in the online poker world since its 2005 launch. Not only does Titan Poker boast one of the poker world’s largest player bases, but they have also stepped up their marketing campaign, including signing two of the top European poker players in the game: Sebastian Ruthenberg from Germany, and Sam Trickett from the UK.

On the other hand, PKR Poker has been able to remain an independent poker site –while most of its competitors have joined one network or another. PKR Poker is still considered the most realistic and entertaining poker software of any site, and like Titan Poker, PKR Poker has taken great steps in its marketing campaign signing 13 players in their five years of existence; most notable amongst the current group of PKR Poker sponsored pros is EPT and APPT Champion Vladimir “beyne” Geshkenbein, and WSOP bracelet winner Scott Shelley.
